Customer Returns

I think you’ll love what I do. For off the shelf products if it’s 4 weeks from sale or less you can return your product for a refund. It must be undamaged, show no excessive signs of wear or ill treatment. Just let me know if it’s not love, then pop it in the post, you pay shipping. When I receive it I’ll process your refund by the original payment method.


If you believe your sling has arrived with you damaged or faulty please let me know as soon as it arrives, I’ll do everything I can to help you here.


For custom orders I can’t process refunds in the same way since I’m using materials supplied by you but please still get in touch, I’ll do what I can to help you.


Whatever happens I’ll do my best to help you love your sling.
